These terms explain what SafeHome UK is, what it does, and how you may use it. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
What SafeHome UK is
SafeHome UK is a record-keeping and documentation tool that helps residents organise information about housing issues — such as damp, mould and repairs — and build a Housing Complaint Case File containing evidence, timelines, communications and photographs.
Information only — not legal advice
SafeHome UK provides information and document preparation only. It does not provide legal advice, and nothing on the platform should be treated as legal advice. We do not make liability determinations, breach determinations, compensation calculations or enforcement recommendations. For legal advice about your situation, consult a qualified professional.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information and evidence you enter
- Reviewing every document before you send or rely on it
- Deciding whether and when to send any document you create
- Keeping your account login secure
Service limitations
SafeHome UK does not contact your landlord, council or any third party on your behalf, and cannot guarantee any particular outcome, response or resolution. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Intellectual property
The SafeHome UK platform, branding, templates and design are owned by SafeHome UK. The information and evidence you enter, and the documents generated from it, remain yours.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeHome UK is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on documents you create. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Account usage
Your account is for your own use. You must not use the platform unlawfully or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Pricing and refunds
SafeHome UK is offered as a £4.99 lifetime unlock. Because the unlock immediately grants full access to document generation, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis where required by law. If you experience a problem, contact us and we will help.
